West Fairacres Kitchen

This 1967 multi level home deserved a new kitchen  A new cabinet and appliance layout improved the flow and use for this busy family.

At the front entry, the stone tile floor was nice but the worn stairs got rebuilt with oak treads and new railings.  The front hall closet, that only held small kitchen appliances, was removed to give the kitchen on the other side more counter space. A proper pantry was carved out of the adjoining living room that brought a lot of joy to the cook in the kitchen.

The freshest finishes  bring this home up to date and make it fun to host in. Quartz countertops top the painted cabinets and the original oak floor that was undetectively patched and refinished make cleaning up after a party and easy job.
